Claimed that I contacted them regarding "housing problems". When I said I never contacted anyone, they ignored me and immediately asked if I could confirm if there is mould in my property.

Scam/Spam/Fraud. They pretend that you contacted them with regards to housing repair problems and immediately drop the line when you question their activities and inform them you have never reached out to them.
