I'm thinking probable scam : "Sophie" purporting to be from Smart Save Solutions, (a Solar Installation co. dissolved in 2017), passing along 25 year warranty to EcoSmart Solar (a Co. registered 29 Oct 2025 with a 19 yr old (!!) Romanian director, Alexandru Tudurachi) and requesting a visit by an engineer (Jason Reeves) to "check the current state of the installation"
