I believe this is a scam. They called me and said it was about housing issues I had reported. I said I hadn't reported anything and suggested they were a scam caller and the guy just hung up on me.

why don'y people just leave a message on your answer phone. It's crazy. Too many scammers and the telco's can't identify to you who the call is from so you can choose to answer or not.
