Phoning repeatedly and from different numbers up to 6/7 times per day. Despite advising them I was not looking to purchase life insurance at this time, I just looked at quotes online and decided against it.

It is Vitality life insurance, I filled in a quote online few days ago and obviously now phoning me. I am assuming that they use a virtual telephone number / Spoofing to appear they are local to person they are calling.
