Said they were Asda Feedback, then asked if i would consider shopping there again. Knew my first name, and the Q suggests they know some previous shopping habits. The woman sounded grumpy, not like a customer service manner.

Claimed to be Asda but tried to address me by my email address prefix, a random string of letters they couldn't pronounce. Asda have a name for me on record for deliveries so I assumed this was some sort of scam and hung up.
