Claimed to be from asda. Knew my name. Hung up very quickly as I haven't had an recent orders with asda. Number blocked.
Asked if I would shop at Asda again and if anything was wrong with service or quality of food.
Answered and they hung up
Said they were Asda Feedback, then asked if i would consider shopping there again. Knew my first name, and the Q suggests they know some previous shopping habits. The woman sounded grumpy, not like a customer service manner.
Odd call, knew my name, said I had no interest in delivery slots
Said they weee from Asda saying they were wondering if I would be booking a delivery slot again. Very strange. Seemed to be trying to get me to say yes or no.
Called 4 times in 2 weeks, I've never answered as I don't know the number.
Claimed to be Asda but tried to address me by my email address prefix, a random string of letters they couldn't pronounce. Asda have a name for me on record for deliveries so I assumed this was some sort of scam and hung up.
Called before 10am. Didn't answer.
I didn't answer the call as I didn't know who it was.
As above, ASDA would usually send email surveys
