0131 563 1165 has reports around home security and accident-style calls. Not one I’d expect from a normal local Edinburgh number.

“You had a bump in your car…” tried to be very persistent when I told them to remove my number from their lists and not call me, acting very confused “but it says here you…” 100% this is spam or more likely a scam /fraud
