Hetty name of the caller. Rambled something about vodafone and 3 merging.... tried to convinced me my sim card is old and they going to send me new one, and I will find it on my doorstep tomorrow, but I need to confirm my address.... I didn't confirm anything.

Tried to pretend to be virgin/o2 with a story about sim card being obsolete and I neede to upgrade to 5g from 4g. After failing to create/access my account via a 2FA text message, they resorted to an email with a reset password button on it. I didnt fall for it, but if yuou know someone that might, warn them, please.
