The company behind these scam calls is one of the "many" companies with the name "Acuity" in them. They have been ran for decades by a Stuart McGreevy (aka Stuart Douglas McGreevy)and I gave up the company search when I had reached at least 50 companies registered by Stuart McGreevy and most with the name Acuity in them. He registers as a micro business with "Limited Liability" to get around the law as when people, other companies and banks have a claim he values each company at £1 and uses Limited Liability to avoid the debts. Currently he is active with 30 companies with Acuity in the name. The scam is simple, do any postcode search and one can find the names of the main / largest landlords for those areas. Call the mug using illegally obtained data bases containing names, addresses and phone numbers, ask many questions then approach the landlord and offer to sell the data obtained. These companies do "not" represent, nor do they "work for" any landlords but they do collect and sell data. They are outstanding charges against many of Stuart McGreevy's companies and all those positive reviews left on sites like this one are done by either McGreevy himself or one of his family members. The registered address for all these "Acuity" companies ran by McGreevy is a "Drop Box" address. Basically he pays for them to use the address and have his mail delivered there. Put this address into any search engine or do a Companies House search and see how many companies are registered to that one unit - Unit 2.02, High Weald House, Glovers End, Bexhill, East Sussex, England, TN39 5ES Companies House have over 32,000 companies registered there. Any company that doesn't have a genuine postal adress or a physical premise linked to it should always be treat with serious caution as all criminals, crooks, scammers, thieves, conmen etc. etc. etc. that run companies always use these drop boxes to avoid being traced. Do not answer calls from any of these scammers and ceretainly, if accidently answered, do not give any information as it won't only be your landlord they try to sell the data to.
Got a call yesterday and ignored it, blocked the cunts straight away, I'm in Ireland 🇮🇪🇻🇦✝️✋ not the uk. I'd love to know how they get our numbers, data leaks all over the place nothing is private anymore.
Just had a call from this number on my mobile, soon as i answered the line went dead, less than a minute later i got another call from the same number on my landline, again the line went dead as soon as i answered, i have now blocked on both my phones, if this really is a legitimate number then the people ringing should have the decency to speak.
This is scam number I do not know how they got my bumber
Claim to be from council house repairs follow up department. This nothing other than a claims company who want your details to make a claim against your landlord something you could do yourself for free if you wanted without having to share a payout. This is FRAUD using a deliberately misleading name and avoiding direct questions about who they are any what they claim to be!
Phoned me already 3 times yesterday after 5pm and today 2 calls before 2pm. Don't answer numbers I don't know unless I am expecting s call
Apparently legitimate call on behalf of my housing provider. I refused to speak to them, as both the company calling and my housing provider should be aware of the huge number of calls everybody is getting from scam companies using the same tactics. I would talk directly with my housing provider, if they could be bothered to interact with me personally.

Pain in the back side , I never answer phone numbers I don't know and always check who they are, usually this type of call so they have more chance of swimming the desert than speaking to me.
Call flagged as spam on my phone I didn't answer the name that came up with the number said Accuity and clearly there's only 1 c in the word so I think it's spam coz I'm sure the company knows how to spell the name of there business. If the council want to do a survey then they can easily send it to the email they have for me on file
Receive a missed call today. Reassured by many of the comments here that it's a legitimate company, in lieu of any evidence to the contrary.
I have been getting calls from this number on numerous times since March 2023. My phone identifies as suspected spam from telemarketer. I've never answered.

Absolutely disgusted that my private numbers are given out for surveys withput permission. Awful!! I find this totally out of order. I don't want unsolicited calls. I've had to change my number because Of scam calls and nOw my new number is given out. Disgusting
An english spoken female tried to sell Covid19 vaccines at greatly inflated prices. Very dangerous people.
Rang my hubby's mobile but asked for me. Said they were ringing on behalf of our landlord but couldn't talk to hubby even though we're joint tenants. Hubby couldn't tell if they were genuine so told them to email me and put the phone down.
Showed as spam on my mobile. Didn’t answer and no voicemail left. Would make sense that it could be satisfaction survey from housing as I did make a complaint. I don’t agree to my number being passed on to others without my consent and I certainly will not answer unknown calls.
This is a Brighton number. They first called my mobile then my landline but never said a word so I hung up
Think this was a scam caller or sales, they left no message! Have blocked the number!

Called me 3 times & left voicemail once but no message. Spam !!!!
However, it’s seems not representing anyone. I consider it as scam.
They have just tried to ring me. Its currently 18.45pm. Didn't bother answering as my phone said fraud caller.
The lady asked my elderly mother about her health and any repairs required. Said she was from the council. Asked if my mother needed a visit. I looked number up and it appears to be a scam call.
The lady who called me mentioned about my drawer in my old property (landlord) hafod she seemed very strange once she got information from me she then hung up on me almost straight away
Woman didn't know who I was and didn't sound professional at all. I only answered as they repeatedly called me for 30 minutes.
The man said he was from my housing association - he knew the name - and wanted to do a survey. I said I was busy. Strange to call me on a Saturday morning - and he asked if he could call me tomorrow - which is a Sunday. I would never give information away to a stranger over the phone. NEVER. If my housing association are doing a survey they send me an email.
Survey for B3 Living Housing Ass. (Broxbourne)
They carry out satisfaction surveys on behalf of social housing landlords.
Said they were provided number by housing association - Wanted to conduct a survey on our home.
Company called Acuity - repair feedback survey on behalf of my housing association
They left a voicemail but no message. Just fiddling background noise. Came up on my phone as 'spam'. Don't bother to pick up, just delete their messages off your phone.
Don’t believe it’s legitimacy, received a call after 17:00. Struck me as odd.
