These people regardless of who they work far are harrassing us. No means no. Stp your ringing if its truely Virgin. I have sent a strong worded letter to the customer services.

These buggers rang me TWICE today and I suspect they’ve been trying to ring from a number I blocked some weeks ago as well. You have to block them as they won’t stop ringing!

Contrary to popular believe these people actually ARE Virgin Media. They are their Outbound Sales team in Minworth (I think). However they are scumbags - they will lie to you and offer you deals that Virgin Media will refuse to honour. I am now entering legal proceedings with them to resolve this matter.
