Nuisance call. We need a law banning all unsolicited calls and it should be down to the phone companies to enforce.

It is regrettable that because one of my friends couldn't resist putting crap malware apps on their phone their address book has been harvested and thus my number. I'm starting to get more of these calls now and this one was a PPI claims bunch. I didn't say anything and they hung up.
