Called my number and asked to speak to my teenaged son. When I refused to let them speak to him they were extremely rude and hung up. I called the number back and the automated message says "Thanks for calling HBB about our products and services" I got through to an advisors answered the phone "Hello (Sons Name)" when I started to speak they hung up again
