claimed to be DHL wanting money due on an overseas delivery sent to me. I have to pay before they will deliver.

I am sure this is a scam/fraud. Caller claimed to be asking for paperwork relating to a recent (genuine) imported item which I'd had. However, she was now asking me about payment details for an overlooked customs fee. I have never had a call like this before, AFTER something has been delivered, so I strongly suspect that this was a live real scam / fraud. The lady sounded young with a northern accent. Please be aware!
