Said they were from south Staffordshire water calling about the pipes. I had never lived at the address they were calling about and claiming I lived at.

Said they were Welsh water and out pipe cover was up for renewal. We don't t have separate cover for pipes and drains so told her to post me the details and hung up. Didn't sound legit.

Said our pipe cover was expiring today they could cover us for £11 a month - we said we don’t have cover - he said I assure you you do - ok so give us some details - I can’t said the bloke it’s confidential!!!! Our own cover is confidential???? I just need your account details - told him he pressurising so no - SCAM!!
