The caller is tax scam company Ensign Advisory Ltd using Simwood eSMS to disguise their number. They are trying to sell water or other utility insurance to get your bank details for further scam / theft.
Nothing ignored it but had around 30 in a week from similar
I had the exact same call just now . She said I paid £180 in August 22.. I checked my statements .. she didn’t sound like a scammer either
Said she was calling about water pipes insurance cover with Northumbria Water. I didn’t believe we had that so she said she’d take my name off her list.
