I was expecting a Call from my central heating boiler service company for a date to come to service my boiler. This scam company called stating that my central heating boiler, drains and pipes had expired and they needed to reinstate the direct debit. Something did not appear right as they kept saying they were Welsh water and when I mentioned that Welsh water are not the company who service my boiler I knew it was a scam. I was nearly taken in by this company so please be careful

Caller advised me that my drainage policy with Northumbria water was due to expire and invited me to set up a direct debit to renew. I asked them to ring me later . When I returned home. Checked my accounts, no policy in place. IGNORE ANY CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER

Called my wife stating that our plumbing and drainage policy is up for renewal, and that her name is on the policy. Total nonsense on all counts. Clearly a scammer.
