Claimed I had drain and plumbing insurance due for renewal and assured me I had been paying it for the last 3 years and must have forgotten. They were offering me a reduced premium this year. When I was adamant that this was not the case they hung up on me.

Said my 3 yr policy from 2022 to cover pipes on property from Bristol water was due for renewal - all a lie as I never had cover .. scam
Said they were from Yorkshire water and we had an issue with our drains...
They claimed to be from Portsmouth water company using a Chichester phone number clearly a scam
They said they were from Welsh water and my plumbing and pipes are due for renewal , and payment goes up from £11 to £14monthly I told my husband what they were saying and they hung up on me me
