About insulation in loft. Apparently was free of charge for someone to check it. Government scheme who installed about 2 years ago but Not my house. When I asked him to call back and speak with my husband he wasn’t listening…not sure if it was AI as there was a delay in the conversation. Was an English speaking man so no language barrier for me. I just put the phone down as I didn’t trust it.
