Scam call with AI voice claiming to be "James" a "local" energy advisor.. Trying to scam people into having "free" loft insulation examinations. Doesn't respond appropriately to 'daft' responses. Being on the TPS register, reputable companies would not be calling, therefore this is not a reputable company.
