Selling mobile phone contract. Well-rehearsed script pretending to be from my existing supplier (they knew who it is!). Very "professional" in that the caller batted away objections without actually lying, but far too hard-nosed and underhanded to be trusted. Ultimately, I was left wondering whether, in fact, this was the next generation of AI robot calls, where you believe it's a real person.

Called me as I'm getting to the end of my phone contract and wanted me to take a new / different contract. I said I wasn't interested and they tried three attempts to keep me on the call, only giving up when I reiterated that I wasn't interested.
