I picked up the phone and said nothing and kept the line open for hours so that they are unable to vacate the line, until I decide to put the phone down Clearly a spam or cold call
just said hello many times then hung up
South Asian male, hard to understand, asking for two names neither at this address.
Cold call. Refused to identify who they were. Wanted to speak to householder. I rang off.
