2/12/25 - Said they were from affinity water, total rubbish! Definitely a scam

Today 2/12 @ 4.40pm they mentioned my name when I replied "who is this" they hung up

Said they were from South West Water,but that wasn't the case. On reading other comments they obviously say they are the local water company. I think that most utilities companies would contact you by mail unless you have given you have instructed otherwise

Rang today, I said Hello, waited 10 seconds and then they hung up, a bit rude but there you go.

Called me today 2/12 told me they were from Welsh Water saying my insurance ran out today for drainage and plumbing covered told them to go forth with a few extra depletives then hung up.

Apparantly Severn Trent - were calling about renewal of pipe and drain cover, when I asked where they got my details from as the address they refered to is over 20 years ago she hung up.

Purported to be from Yorkshire Water, said they were calling about renewal of pipe and drain cover. Hung up as soon as i indicated u didnt believe i had that cover. Knew my name, address and mobile.

They called and the line rang a couple of times. I didn't recognise the number or answer, and when I searched it wasn't related to a company who declares their outbound calls so I've not a scooby who it is.
