This person said his name was Steven and he was from giffgaff and I needed to upgrade my sim as they had so many complaints and they have updated their system. He asked me for my email which I stupidly gave him and he started saying about a new contract and things. That’s when I googled it giffgaff phone customers and I hung up. I worried now that they are scamming people that have giffgaff SIM cards
