Same as above, had this number twice, answer by saying Hello twice and then hang up. Now blocked

I answered with just Hello, twice on two separate calls and neither time had anyone speak form their end. I suspect they're awaiting either an answer introduing myself by name or with my number etc. I've had nuisance calls for years now but this is a new number I'm seeing.
