Called at 12.21 saying they knew I'd been in a car accident that wasn't my fault. Hung up and blocked

I picked up the call. After 2 seconds the caller hung. These calls are becoming really annoying especially with nuisance scam callers who phone you disguised as crooked Ambulance Chasers who tell you that you had a Road Accident that was not your fault, or even Carphone Warehouse trying to flog you a beyond cheap phone or even somebody trying to flog you a Sky TV contract to somebody who does not own a Televison Set.

Womens voice asking "We believe you've been involved in a car accident". As I don't have a car, and nobody has crashed into me, hung up and blocked.
