0113 419 9980 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

I've had numerous calls from this number but as I won't answer if I don't know the number I've never spoken to anyone. I've blocked the number on my iPhone but that still allows the call but goes straight to voicemail instead. On tues I had 9 calls from them

Cold call from this number claiming to be National Advice Line. I asked if they were calling about Pensions, PPI or something wrong with my computer and shock horror line went quiet and they hung up. Scam

One of these jokers rung me on my mobile saying he was from the National Advice Centre and wanted to confirm my details. I asked them what this Centre was but he ignored me so I asked again. Then he went into a story about measuring high and low frequency hearing loss - my guess is that they're just another firm of ambulance chasers ripping off both sides in bogus disputes involving industrial or mining induced deafness. Makes a change from whiplash injuries, I suppose. Told him I wasn't interested and blocked the number on my phone. They knew I had worked in manufacturing industry so they had probably harvested details on my ex-employers from Linkedin or Facebook and matched this somehow with a record of my mobile number. Scum.

Northern lass with a cold rang me asking about hearing and industry. I worked in IT and dont suffer from hearing loss. she put the phone down. Planks ... obviously a scam or fishing for business.
