Said from EE: "Sim card will stop working as it was 4G not 5G, they will send a new sim free of charge". Female caller turned aggressive when asked if it's genuine, as I'm an EE customer. Ended call and checked with EE who confirmed it's a scam.

Claimed to be from EE, could reduce my bills for next 6 months. Just needed to clear security by sending me a link. Cancelled call.

Claimed they were from EE. Since I am not with EE it was clearly a scam.

Claimed to be from EE - wanted to 'update my SIM card' asked me to confirm my email (which I refused) I subsequently rang EE customer services and they confirmed that this was not a genuine call
