Called today to try and encourage me to take on their services to make a tinitus claim, referring to working in industry. As a retired professional based for 80% my time in an office it clearly went down like a lead balloon; further more with TPS on my phone they will be reported using the claim form on the TPS website. The conversation didn't last too long because it was obvious they were trying to sell me something.
