Waited until i said hello 3 times before the voice said his name was Danny, & he was phoning from the housing about my complaint that i'd registered. Told him no, & he said "Yeah, the complaint about the mould, cracks & leaks". I said "Not me - I live in a tent mate", & he hung up. 27 second conversation.
