0845 412 2711 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

Getting calls from 0845 412 2711. EE is trying to get me to buy a new phone and buy a package. The man sounded terrible and very agitated. Getting annoyed when I could not understand what he was saying. Has this number call me over 3 times next week.

Claimed to be from EE but asked me for lots of information about my billing arrangements which they would have had on their system anyway. Waste of time - I hung up.

Called me 3 times in 3 day, no messages

So just just got called by this number and they said they were from EE and I don't know if it was them or no but they know what data plan I was on how mutch of my minutes and data I used and they knew my name which I a bit Scarry

I got a call from them at 4pm and I missed it, good! My mate got called by them and answered it and she answered to someone shouting "HI!" Don't answer...obvious spam

Phone number is from EE wanting me to take out a mobile contract.

2 missed calls yesterday & today from 0845 412 2711 no answer phone message left or text message im pay as you go & still with Orange aka EE now so I don't see why I'm getting called like some people have said they've been called by 0845 412 2711 because they have left EE after there contract finished when I'm PAYG & still using & topping up I think it's dodgy I don't think it is a legit number just my gut feeling so im blocking it on iphone good luck all & have a good day

I have just told Given EE 30 days notice on my contract and seen that this is probably them trying to offer me something to stay. It took enough grief trying to get the PAC code in the first place and I DEFINATELY want to leave since EE have handed my number out to any company that wants it and I get calls every day from a different sodding 0845 number 😬😬😬😬

Loooooooooooool I cancelled my contract with tmobile because they were gng me a dead ting deal, found a wicked new contract that no one else can compete with. They rang me saying they are Orange/EE and asked about how i got on when i contacted them last week. I said I found out my upgrade was due in a few days and was waiting til then or i had to pay an upgrade fee. He said " i can sort this out for you" then asked for my password. I ended the call as he cold called me asking for personal info and it didn't seem right!

I've been called so many times throughout the day and I've had my phone confiscated in class. I asked them to stop calling me but they said they needed my DOB and I put the phone down because that's private information

Recieved a text about 9am saying EE were going to ring me shortly to discuss getting great deals. They finally rang back at 2pm but I missed it. Anyway I'm on pay as you go and in happy with it

Cancelled yesterday after speaking to a Nathan who provided appalling customer service Told me that I could not speak to a manager and when I asked for a switchboard number to enable me to request a conversation with a Dirdctor I was told that he didn't have this Eventually got a call back but after 5 years with this form I am going elsewhere because of him I have since written to a Director (information on a Company House search) and copied this to their regulator as someone needs to look into their processes I do not recommend anyone to deal with EE and can't believe with the level of advertising and its associated cost why they deal with existing good customers so badly Now I too am getting calls from this number.

Same as alot of people, cancelled my contract with EE yesterday after being ripped off by data charges and having exactly the same amount to pay every month £33 over the actual tariff, and already they have called at 11:24 and 12:30, nothing but pests, if I wanted another phone from them I wouldn't have cancelled my contract with them.

these calls are from the retentions dept i used to work for orange now ee and if you have recently cancelled your contract then they will pester you, should stop when your contract expires , also agree with other comments ee are useless terrible management , poor leadership and a nightmare to work for . steer clear try vodafone or giffgaff.

call is from EE, they were doing a general network survey about indoor coverage and Wifi calling which ive googled and is a real service and is free to use [comes out my minutes] which is great as i dont get could service in my house so this is great. Well done EE

Yep EE calling to negotiate a new contract even though I have cancelled because they are useless and the signal is very patchy, 4G prices with 3G coverage.

Several missed calls recorded on my mobile. Don't recall giving it to anyone other than friends.

This one rung my mobile numerous times recently. They only give it three rings and I suspect that the trolls who make these T mobile offer calls are paid my the number of calls which they make per hour as opposed to success rate. Hence ring ring hang up!! My system is to allow the land line to ring six times before answering. Continuos calls from a business that I no longer wish to associate with.

Unbelievable service from this company, EE have continuously sent me bills which are incorrect and that I cannot afford as they are well over the agreed price plan. Brilliant service during the opt out period and since then I have had nothing but problems with then. One agent even admitted that some of the 0845 calls listed had not actually been made from my number yet if I had not called to query these would have ended up paying for them, really disappointed and now I am stuck with them for another 18 months... Bad Decision.

So unhappy with EE Very bad customer service, most staff cannot speak proper English and I am constantly left on hold when needing to check the constant extortionate bills with them!!!! No loyalty to customers whatsoever!!!!

T-mobile no longer exist so I do not trust this number. Recently upgraded to EE as t-mobile is discontinued and you cannot re-new on t-mobile so I don't see how they can be calling when they are no longer a company and I'm not with them anymore? Bit fishy to me, I'd never answer, lots of weird stuff going on now a days and I'd rather not answer. Could be scam etc

Rang several times in the last few days

Have had 1 or 2 calls every day for the last week. Not answered as I don't answer 0845 numbers or any that I don't recognise. I alot certain ring tones to calls I want to receive so anything else gets ignored. They'll get fed up before I do.

The phone number 0845 412 2711 called to check my order on my ~EE Account for 2 No. iphone 6's. I confirmed that I hadn't ordered anything whatsoever from them. Said they thought it may be someone ordering upon my EE Account, and have got access to it and to my banking details. Advised me to contact my Bank, which I would always do. The Bank Fraud Helpline confirmed there was no such activity or anything pending with regard tocharges from EE. They said they will keep track to see if anything comes from EE. Although I'm not convinved they will from our conversation.

Keep being harassed by random numbers. All trying to ask for my details,said she was calling from Ee however could clearly here they're walking down a busy street,yet some how did an apparent credit check whilst clearly nowhere near a computer to do blasted check sounded dodgy as hell hence gave them the ex details..feckin numbnuts really think I'd give my details over the phone stupid cow.hope she enjoyed her shopping spree coz clearly ain't from a call centre..trying to sell me a new mobile contract that sounded to good to be true..starting to really piss me off as had this everyday for past 2 weeks.fuming!!

Must be the same then. I cancelled my T-Mobile contract yesterday and today missed calls. Never had a problem with their service though just got better coverage elsewhere

same as the above. Dont be too harsh as its the retention team but to a more senior level with more leverage to offer you a better deal. Initially they would only offer me the HTC M9 for free on £41 a month with unlimited texts calls and 4GB of data. Wasnt good enough so i cancelled and requested by PAK Code. this number rang the next day and said they have more power to offer me a better deal since ive been with them over 5 years and offered me all the same includiding the free phone but on £33 a month to which i accepted. saved me loads of time having to transfer my numbers across and i get the phone delivered the day of the release on the 31st of march. Phoned EE up after to double check and they confirmed everything was correct.

Gave 30days notice to end my T-mobile contract yesterday and just had a missed call from this number this morning. Didn't ring more than 1 or 2 times before hanging up. Probably to offer me a deal to stay with them. So yes it's T-mobile.

They call but nobody speaks. Apparently the number belongs to T-mobile. Some people complain that they are being rung numerous times. I have just had a fraudulent experience with another company, Win Trivia' number: 85222 pestering me with texts I cannot get rid of. I do not wish to receive any calls from 08454122711

Just managed to talk to 'em. this is T-mobile attempting to offer us cell broadband through some USB device. informed 'em we did not want this, thank you, & these people were quite happy.

I have had 12 missed calls from this number in 12 hrs when answer no one there and no message left
