2 lots of £19.50, came out my bank over Christmas and I didn't notice . Lots of 10 p came out too. Yesterday I saw another £19.50 had come out. Going through online banking I saw the others and rang my bank . They put me through to fraud , who cancelled my card and have promised me a full refund by 10 am today . I'm with Nat west. They said it's a payday loan company but I've not been to any . They also said Any more trouble the bank will go to the police as it's fraud on my account from them . Hope this helps others .

Wow can't believe it, this has happened to me and is getting me frustrated. 19.50 was talking from my account just yesterday, and my bank told me they can't do anything about it. Does anyone know how to get in touch with them.

Phone this number to their main office.contacted them this morning and went mad at them and told them to unsubscribe me even though I never subscribed to start with.chancing their arms and is so fucking hateful for companies to be able to do things like that the number is 01702 419 091

These have took 5 payments out my bank of 19.45 19.45 19.50 19.50 and 10p duno who it is

I have had four amounts of £19.50 taken from my account.I emailed [email protected]. Refund will be in my bank in next 72hrs.

Just looked at my Bank Account and noticed this lc credit desk has taken £19.95 from my account. I have never heard of them

I emailed [email protected] They had taken 3 lots of £19.50 on my account within 10 days.. On my account it came up as lc*credit desk. My bank wouldnt cancel or refund sent 3 emails to mango money. Awaiting refund. Dont give up keep hounding mention youll take things further it gives them a fright good luck all

Result! Refund issued. Hound them they will give it you back

I have emailed them on [email protected] asking where they've obtained my card details from as I have never heard of this company in my life and after finding the website I know for a fact I have never been on that website before today. So frustrating

I believe this company is fraudlent, the are credit-desk.co.uk they are owned by lyonsdown coporation. a friend has tried to contact them on the complaint number on there website to ask what service they provided for there charge of £19.50 however even there own staff cannot tell you. on the first page of there website it states they charge £19.99 however if you read the T&C on the website they only take £19.50. they believe they advise you on how to improve your credit score however they have no access to the data held by the Credit refrence agencies!!!!

I've had the same issue as everyone else, £19.50 taken from my bank, had no idea what this was, called the bank and apparently they can't get it back :( not what I needed at this time of year as a single parent

I have had £5 and £19.50 taken out my account by lc credit check. For some reason my email address was on their website www.credit-check.Co. UK so I clicked forgot password and got the password sent and cancelled my account. So far no more money has ca me out not sure how they got my details

Lc credit and MMtrack budget have both taken £19.50 from my account, has anyone sorted it and got their money back? Is there a number I can call?

I too had 2 payments taken 19.50 LC credit desk and mmtrackbudget.co.uk budget both with .Co. uk, which don't exist. Contacted through txt. Bank suggested may have opened txt which gives permission for hem to take funds. But who are these companies getting all private bank accounts. Only option was bank to place block on anymore being tsken
