It's a scam accident helpline. An automated message asks if you've had an accident in the last five years then gives you options to press, which no doubt lead to premium rate charges.
I keep getting this number ringing on my mobile phone at least once a day. I never bother to answer it as I don't know who it is and is probably a premium rate number

I received a call from this number, ignored it and called it back on my home line (which is hidden), it was an automated Pension advice Line or something similar.
Keep getting missed calls from this number, several times a weel, very annoying. 08437 240610

I had a call on a Sunday evening, didn't answer but they left a voicemail which was an automated message but the first bit was missing to say who was calling and the first option which was "press 5" it then said "to opt out of further calls press 9" I will simply block this number.
Was an automated message about 'my boiler installation'. Number now blocked.
Just been called twice by this number, first time i didnt answer second time I did. No one there though and the number just hung up !!
Got one just a minute ago. Get a call from both 0843 724 0610 and 0813 724 0459 a few times a week. Very annoying.
Funny how I block this number because they kept calling saying I had an accident in the last 3 years I said no and they keep calling. It's bad tho as they hang up if you say no with no reply. They sent me through some guy on the other line but it wasn't that company it was another number. ..... They just called by the way.
If you want to know who it is, answer it. Don't post on here saying I didn't answer it but want to know who it is. If no one answers no one will know.

If u r using iPhone then find the number in recent calls after that press the i sign on the right and then scroll down to very bottom and block the number :)
