Scam/Fraud

They said they were Jeff “calling me back” but I know no Jeff and didn’t leave a message for anyone to call me back. I suspect this is a scam caller.

Why is Colt Technology Services calling me? AI Overview Colt Technology Services is a global telecom provider that primarily serves enterprise businesses. If they are calling you, it is highly likely a scammer has "spoofed" (falsified) a legitimate Colt phone number to trick you, unless you are a Colt corporate client with an active support ticket. Because telecom numbers are randomly assigned to VoIP lines in bulk, fraudsters frequently exploit Colt's network ranges to make scam calls (e.g., pretending to be from your bank or a major utility company).
