Thank you for your cooperation. DO NOT CLICK ON LINK SHOWN it takes you to what looks like a government UK website looks official You enter your post code finds your local council pay fine page. I put two false registrations in to see what happens Both shown vin numbers of car reg and date this case both same starting with WT.... Then pay £20 1. A fear and scare ....has you thinking you parked somewhere and incur 2. Obvious scam...... only £20 ...come on 3. BLOCK 🚫 THE NUMBER
