Currently one-time contacted. No name or title shown, only the phone number. Message asked me regarding a recent card transaction and to reply with 'Yes' or 'No' if I tried to make that transaction. All details were accurate (card ending 4 digit number, date, card type, retailer and price), but unsure whether or not they are an official, safe and reliable entity. The last two sentences were notable, 'Remember only fraudsters call in person to tell you to reply 'yes' to our text or give them a passcode. If you have the <bank name> mobile banking app, it might be quicker to reply on there' // (this is character for character).
