Pretending to me my life insurance provider and getting me to get a better policy with them. Knew my name and my insurance provider hence portending to be them. Said it was an annual review of my policy, keeps calling even after telling them not to and stating they had the wrong name!! (Used my maiden name hence I knew they were lying)

Wanting me to change my life insurance but they are not my company that i am insured with. Weird thing is, i have had a call from them in April for the past 3yrs. It is the same number with just a single digit moved round. I could easily check the number as they call me on an old mobile, which i rarely get calls to.
