Clearly call centre and had sign of scam before convo when they're using an EE mobile number (I'm on O2)
Claimed to be from. My provider( o2 using an ee number???) Wanted to give me a number to confirm his legitimacy when I questioned him. Hung up when I said I already had my customer service number. Strange that.....
