Calls mobile with question - Is that Mr XXX. I say who is calling ? Then says he wants to notify of changed Bank Branch hours. I ask which bank ? He avoids and again asks for me to confirm name - I decline. Caller sounds like mild Jamaican type accent. He repeats mantra and I keep asking which bank. He says Santander (a guess?) and asks if I attend rarely or frequently. I say I have no account at Santander - admonish him for not being transparent - he cuts off ! Cannot believe call was from Santander or one of their call agents
