HSBC Fraud team. Absolutely brilliant. Rang to tell me that my debit card had been cloned and the number used in Indonesia. Luckily the transaction was declined. They have cancelled my card and are issuing me with a new one immediately. Excellent customer service.

Had a call from this... HSBC fraud detection team. Saw an unusual transaction on my account and declined it, someone fraudulently using my card in USA. Excellent by the team, great service!
