Phoning at the same time every morning doesn’t leave a message

Phoned at night and did not leave a message on the answering machine. Thus, reason for call unknown. If it has anything to do with TalkTalk, I am not a customer.

This number has been calling roughly every 2 hours during the day for the last couple of days. Usually, they “ring off” as you pick the phone up. When one did stay on long enough, they said they were doing a survey. I asked: “have you been ringing this number every 2 hours for the last couple of days” They said “yes”. I said “Stop calling this number” I shall wait and see if that had the desired effect.
