Recorded message. “This is a private call from Cabot Financial. If you are available now, please press one.” Harassing, persistent, they do not stop. Calls daily and has multiple phone numbers. Seems to be able to call even though they’re blocked on my phone! They’ve been calling for years and they do nothing but call constantly and send letters.
