I believe this is a scam, called twice leaving a voicemail the second time saying it was ‘Ethan’ from (muffled company name) calling to rebook an equipment collection as my initial booking failed (I haven’t booked anything like this) and gave a reference number to quote when I phone back, I assume to sound more legitimate.
