0131 507 0016 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Keep getting calls from this number as late as 8pm they won’t leave a message and I don’t recognise the number so won’t answer it. Judging by the other comments it a market research company IPOS? Never heard of them. my number seems to be passed around to every scam company since I changed to 02 .thinking of changing providers at this point

Ipsos For me it was because I booked an appointment with the national careers service. I just saw that I got an email saying " a member of the team will be in touch by phone over the next week or so. You will be able to arrange a convenient day and time for a discussion with an Ipsos researcher then. If you do not want to be contacted about this survey again, please click the link at the bottom of this email."

Spoofed Edinburgh number so ignored.

SPAM from Ireland but using a fake scotland number

Scam Ipsos rang about 7pm

I didnt answer as I was on another call at the time. Did not recognise the number. Viewing the comments on here I see that it's a marketing survey. I have had a few of those type of calls recently, I dont know what has triggered them, blocked it anyway.

Didn’t leave a message and don’t know anyone in Edinburgh so blocked it

This is genuine and is Ipsos the survey / polling company. I checked out the number and asked some questions which I could verify. All checked-out.

Woman on the phone was pleasant enough. Said she was calling from IPSOS and wanted me to do a survey about living costs etc
