On calling they tell you it's the land registry. We paid money for a land registry search. Have not heard anything from them since 28th September. They have now taken another large sum and have not gained our permission to do so. That's now £700 in total. We did try several times to call them and they tell you you are in a queue. Did speak to someone called Alastair. He told me the person who I needed to speak to was on another call and he would ask him to ring me back. To my knowledge no one has rung us.
