DON'T SPEAK TO THEM OR ANSWER Called the back from a different number after getting multiple calls from them - placed the call on mute so they couldn't hear me or background noise: a recorded voice, with recorded 'office' background information just replays on loop saying "good afternoon, is this first name". I would suggest they want you to say your name and record your voice, which they can use to try and access all sorts of information!
