I declined the phone call as it was highlighted as possible spam, and I had received 2 texts prior to this call, apparently from Barclaycard about a purchase I had made and that my card had been declined. The 2nd text asked me to say yes or no to whether I had made the transaction. I pressed NO, but my phone is unable to send text messages. Then I got the call.
