Claiming to be assigned by OVO energy to my energy bill case even though OVO have on record to contact a debt advice firm I'm working with instead. This debt collection service is called Zinc aggressively and persistently calling and texting trying to get my details and trying to get me to sign up with them. Frontline debt advice and OVO energy have advised me to ignore them.
