Started with automated message about dodgy transaction on my account then connected me to agent and asked me for Name and dob i said if your santander you should have my details! I called santander real number and THEY CONFIRMED THIS WAS A SCAM AND NO DODGY TRANSCATION HAD MY ACCOUNT
