The caller claimed to be from a Scottish electricity company. He offered a discount of 7 o/o when electricity bills will be reduced.in July. I told him we are OVO customer. He asked if me or my husband pays the bills. I said to him, must be know? He then hung up. I was foolish to respond to his call.
