Asked if I was OK and was asking if I called about housing problems. Which I never have blocked and reported . Wasn't a English speaking person

Called said from Housing regarding my housing problems. Then transferred me to his supervisor called “Sam”. This is clearly a call from a foreign scam call centre which should be stopped.

They asked how I was and then hung up when I asked who was calling, sounded like an automated voice too.
