Scam. They called for a raised issue for my flat, and they ask if I have any mould at home. When I ask what flat are they talking about, they can't give me answers.
I didn't take the call as it screams scam, unknown fraud!
Claimed to be Housing disrepair team team do I have any water leaks or cracks, very long pauses
Asked if I had any housing cracks or water leakage. I replied no and they hung up.
Nothing no message no anything selling something but just long pauses I would block as is a generic sales call

AI/robo caller, long pauses between responses but seemed to actually respond to what I was saying. Claimed to be part of the ‘Housing disrepair team’ asking if I wanted to make any claims against damn/mold etc.
Robocaller, long pauses, when I asked who was speaking they just said “hello, how are you doing today?” And I hung up

Offering discount for O2 bill. Then ask you questions to try and access your O2 bill. Indian call centre....
